QUALITY COMMITMENT

Quality objectives are established for all processes of the organization in line with the Quality Policy. Management Review meetings are conducted periodically at various levels to ensure the effectiveness and adequacy of the Quality Management System.

CLIENT FOCUS
  • Processes are established for client communication wherein suggestions for improvements, information on status of work are sought. Client feedback is obtained periodically. Areas of dissatisfaction / improvements, if any, are discussed in the site management review meetings and corrective actions are taken based on those inputs as per the documented "Project Quality Plan".

QUALITY POLICY
  • Our "Quality Policy" shows commitment to comply with the requirements as per the contract. The policy is communicated to all by displaying at strategic locations.
